Candidate must be able to support IT Project Plan(s). Duties will include all administrative functions, meeting minutes, follow up on action items, project estimating and facilitating. Must be extremely organized.
Project Analyst

Contract assignment. Act as functional resource for the Credit Card Re-Entry project team. Candidate will be expected to understand the functional design, assist with functional tasks, developing test scripts, executing test scripts and following on any incident repair re-tests as it impacts the TSYS (Credit Card) application.
IT Analyst Direct-hire position. This position will act as a liaison between the business units and application development. This position will be responsible for gathering requirements from business owners, documenting those requirements using standard document templates, communicating risks/contingencies to project managers, consulting with technical development staff to clarify business requirements and participating in design and demonstration sessions with technical and business staff.
Project Manager/IT Lead

 

Contract assignment. Project management skills and experience are required. From a technical perspective, it would be extremely helpful if the individual had exposure to bank and/or financial environments. This project will involve coordinating technical activities that are taking place in the mainframe and distributed environments (both client server and web systems). So a familiarity with all these technologies is required. This project will involve working with 3rd party software vendors, monitoring delivery to a schedule and cost of those deliverables from the 3rd party and managing the relationship with the vendor and internal bank departments during the course of the project.

Project Manager

 

Contract assignment. Strong technical project management experience (10+ years), specifically on large, enterprise application implementations. a 4 year degree is required, PMI certification is a plus. Experience working with additional project managers from business operations is essential to coordinate efforts. Strong documentation experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Sr. Analyst Systems Developer

 

Direct-hire position. Given general direction, the Sr. Analyst, Systems Development, completes assignments, often independently to utilize technical, analytical, and toolset knowledge and skills to assess, define, implement, and deliver IS solutions for business needs. Intermediate knowledge of the business, ERP application/data knowledge, business information reporting skills, analytical skills, communication skills, maintenance/support skills, and tool sets. ** good ERP experience needed. Up to $80K.
Project Manager

 

Direct-hire position. Given minimal direction, the Project Manager, coordinates the definition, scoping and definition for business driven information systems and processes. Provides leadership, direction, and accountability for Enterprise Information Solutions. Using advanced knowledge and application of planning, analytical, development, and toolset skills to assess, define, implement, and deliver IS solutions for business needs. General knowledge of the beverage business, ERP application/data knowledge, project and other business communications. Proficient with Project Management and Process Analysis methodologies and implementation tools. Travel 10-20%. BA preferred or equivalent.
Audit IT Supervisor

 

Direct-hire position. The IT Audit Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing risk based examinations if the Corporation's automated systems and supporting infrastructure to include providing sound recommendations to line management to minimize the Corporation's exposure to significant risks. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems or joint degree in Computer Science and Accounting. Prior IT auditing experience (must have). Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary $70-75/K.
QA Test Lead

 

Direct-hire position. Quality Assurance Test Lead would participate or provide oversight in requirements gathering and the development of test plans and strategies with team. Responsible for all aspects of testing on a project which includes test strategy, plan, defining, obtaining, and managing test resources. Oversight of manual and automated test script/case design, execution and defect/test reporting. Participates in QA continuous process improvements. Test Management experience, experience test management tools a plus (Mercury, Seque). Bachelors degree or above in a IT related field or have at least 5+ years experience in a QA test lead environment. Salary $70-75/K.
Training Manager

 

Direct-hire position. Train on "HomeGrown" software package. Candidate will be responsible for the development, presentation and organization of training courses for the application and for assisting in the development and management of documentation to support the product. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. MS Office and PowerPoint are essential. Prior training or related experience is required. Candidate needs to be motivated, success-oriented, self-starter who want so maximize their career potential. Travel = 1 overnight stay approx. twice a month. 4 year preferred degree. Salary $50-60K D.O.E.
