HR Manager

NEW POSTING

Direct-hire position. HR Manager will be responsible for heavy recruitment and sourcing (16 replacements/month) of drivers and monitors. Monitors ride the buses/vans with the driver assisting the passengers. This position has 5 direct reports and 1 dotted line report they are as follows: Payroll/Benefits - payroll is done via Paychecks and assist with finding benefits for $8-9/hour staff (Healthy NY, etc.), HR Coordinator/Admin. - conduct pre-screening, administrative tasks, HR Intern - duties assigned as needed, 19A Evaluator - monitors drivers, dotted line report of Safety Manager which ensures that vehicles and staff are in compliance. Need to be tactical thinker, not strategically at this time, they have all their procedures and policy's in place. $40-45K.
