| HR Assistant |
Temp-hire or direct-hire. Provide administrative support for Human
Resources Department. Back-up to Recruiter for all recruiting functions:
schedule applicant interviews, conduct phone screens, screen
applications/resumes, conduct pre-employment testing, conduct pre-employment
screenings, post jobs, prepare offer letters, interview as needed, assist
managers with their recruiting needs. Answer incoming telephone calls, screen
calls, and refer to proper manager for handling. Assist directly with routine
inquiries. Maintain recruiting records in line with company record retention
requirements and government regulations. |
| Staffing and Development Manager |
Direct-hire.
Successful candidate will have a 5-7+ years of a
blended background in HR, Training and Recruitment. Desired candidate will show
experience in strategic development of future company leadership through
training and succession planning programs; demonstrate experience in developing
lesson plans, assessment , benchmarking and 3rd party vendors
relationships. Will also be responsible for improving employee retention, manage
the recruitment function and reduce recruiting costs along with sourcing,
screening, and interviewing qualified applicants for the staffing needs of
Executive recruitment, multiple corporate departments and field locations. BS
highly preferred. Growing company, good benefits and opportunity to be highly
visible to Executive management. Salary up to $70K. |
