CPI TECHNICIAN

Contract assignment. Assist Department in attaining ISO17025 accreditation. Write/revise Lab Procedures. Provide support in reestablishing a Calibration & Preventive Maintenance program. Establish an Internal Quality Audit program/plan. Implement Gage R&R studies and measurement uncertainty requirements. Perform mechanical and electronic testing. AAS Degree in Technical/Engineering or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical area-manufacturing, engineering, or quality. Must be able to read/interpret drawings and use basic IMT equipment. Familiarity with ISO17025 is preferred. ASQ Certified Tech or ASQ Certified Calibration Tech preferred.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Contract 2+ years Extensive MS project experience on very large, enterprise wide projects. Provide and coordinate overall project mgmt. responsibilities including coordination of materials from individual application team efforts, managing the updates to individual and overall project plans for multiple phase project.  Manage documentation, workflow and procedure outlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. BS degree, 5 yrs. directly related experience as a project administrator. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. INVENTORY CLERK

Temporary assignment. Warehouse position completing inventory and part fulfillment. Bagging and packing of parts during peak periods. Any inventory experience is ideal, must follow directions well. Salary is $9/hr.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Direct -hire position. Candidate must know HP Hardware (server). Will support Break/Fix of systems for major clients. Resolve complex technical problems on new and existing systems including install and upgrades of Server Hardware, Software, Storage, and Networking products. Requirements: A+ and Server + certification, MCP required, MCSE certification preferred, 2 - 5 years relevant experience, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, in depth knowledge of HP/Compaq Server Hardware, including Blade Servers and rack configuration and in depth knowledge of MS and hardware Clustering. 3 nights, 12 hour shifts, flexible.

IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR/APPLICATION SPECIALIST

Direct -hire position. Assisting users with computer of ERP based problems. Install, set-up and troubleshoot computers, as well as local and network printers. Setup new users in various systems with network access, email and other computer based applications. Work as liaison with outside vendors as necessary for computer equipment procurement. QUALITY CLERK

Temporary assignment. Candidate needs to have a technical aptitude. Must be able to correlate information from one document to another (the ability to compare inventory against invoices). PC skills should include MS Excel. Candidate can work 30-40hrs/week. Up to $12/hr.

INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

Direct-hire position. Providing sales support for all exporting markets, mainly for South Central America and Caribbean, including daily communication, organizing/managing information, sanitary registrations, supporting in Latin America business development, inter-company product support and international logistic functions. EDI DEVELOPER

Contract-hire position. This position is responsible for creating specifications, coding, debugging and testing software applications from those or other specifications. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance of those applications and installation and testing of software releases. Key responsibilities: code and test any scripting (JCL, VBscript) necessary to execute mapping software. Minimum 2 year college degree in Information Systems or related field preferred. EDI DEVELOPER

Contract-hire position. The EDI Developer will develop, coordinate, implement, and communicate the organization's Internet-based strategies and initiatives related to the use of the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) as a mechanism for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This individual is responsible for ensuring the FTP related production and procedures are maintained and properly executed, including development, change requests and enterprise integration projects. RED HAT LINUX ADMINISTRATOR

Contract assignment. Bachelor of Science Degree desired. Administrative experience with Red Hat 4 Linux, iSCSI SAN, IBM Blade Center. Effective written and oral communications, including the ability to explain technical concepts and system operations in a manner understood by business users. Responsible for the implementation of a Red Hat 4.6 environment on an IBM Blade Center. Responsible for implementing a backup strategy using our existing backup policies. BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT

Contract assignment. Candidate should be a Sr. Siebel Analytics Specialist along with having Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. CORPORATE REPORTING MANAGER

Direct-hire position. Responsible for the corporate reporting function, including one direct report, which includes all external financial reporting, as well as analyzing and interpreting accounting standards and related disclosures. Oversee monthly reconciliation process for various equity accounts. Monitor the activity in equity based compensation expense accounts (stick options, restricted stock awards) on a monthly basis. Coordinate the annual budgeting process for equity compensation and equity (balance sheet) accounts. Provide auditors (internal and external) as well as other regulatory agencies with information as requested Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in accounting, auditing, or related field of work, including experience in SEC regulatory reporting. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Direct-hire position. Requires a minimum of 12+ years proven and progressive accounting and finance experience. Ideal candidate will serve as a financial business partner to support executive level management. Will provide strategic direction and support through management of Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Information and Systems and Financial Reporting. PROJECT ANALYST

Contract assignment. Act as functional resource for the Credit Card Re-Entry project team. Candidate will be expected to understand the functional design, assist with functional tasks, developing test scripts, executing test scripts and following on any incident repair re-tests as it impacts the TSYS (Credit Card) application.

MS SERVER APP. INST. & CONFG.

Contract assignment. Participation in an IT project to implement new Microsoft Windows server based distributed and web applications. This involvement will include project meetings, review of functional specifications, installation of software components, specification of firewall rules and Windows security requirements. Configuration of IIS 6.0 and FTP server. Project and task planning is very important. Strong communications and technical documentation skills are required for project and process documentation. Design of monitoring processes for newly installed application to insure high availability to customers. SENIOR TESTING ANALYST

Direct-hire position. Ideal candidate will have 5+yrs. domestic and international formal project methodologies, i.e. (CMMI, Prince2, ISEB). Experience with MERCURY QUALITY CENTER/TEST DIRECTOR essential. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials (General Ledger, Reporting Tools and Infrastructure components). WEB DEVELOPERS

Temporary assignment. (4) positions. Development on web based applications. Will be required to travel between Buffalo, NYC and NJ. Once the project is up and running, the client will have a better sense of travel requirements and frequency. The actual team will consist of contractors and employees. Web skill set should include technical training skills and learning/development. Branch network experience is preferred but not required. This project is in support of a new finance processing system.

MANAGER OF ECONOMIC CAPITAL

Direct-hire position. New York City location. Strong Finance Background, Financial Service Experience, Regulatory Capital Experience. Meet with business heads and regulators to review the modeling process, the risks modeled and the model output for the scenario approach and the Loss Distribution Approach (LDA). Assist in development of required stress testing, including regulatory capital ratios, within HNAH and with Group Headquarters (GHQ). Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand. PROJECT MANAGER /IT LEAD

Contract assignment. Project management skills and experience are required. From a technical perspective, it would be extremely helpful if the individual had exposure to bank and/or financial environments. This project will involve coordinating technical activities that are taking place in the mainframe and distributed environments (both client server and web systems). So a familiarity with all these technologies is required. This project will involve working with 3rd party software vendors, monitoring delivery to a schedule and cost of those deliverables from the 3rd party and managing the relationship with the vendor and internal bank departments during the course of the project.

QUALITY ENGINEER

Contract-hire position. (2) positions. The incumbent is the technical expert on quality issues in his/her area as it relates to the total organization. The individual will interface with suppliers supporting these processes related to material, manufacturing and engineering activities to support cost, quality and cycle objectives. Interpret Design Engineering data (including blueprints, Bills of Material, IL- Specs) and special customer requirements. Define special manufacturing processes that may be required on a contract basis and communicate them on contract specific clip boards, manufacturing specifications and/or quality plans. Research and document quality improvements, cost-effective methods and process improvements. Provide daily technical support to the total organization through the disposition of Quality Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) and solving of shop floor problems with the primary focus on identification of root causes and correction of the process. Investigate and implement special project assignments involving productivity and quality improvements relating to his/her specific areas. Aid in the training of shop personnel where the operation of new equipment or new manufacturing procedure is concerned. Salary $25/hr.

PROGRAMMER/ANALYST

Direct-hire position. (6) needs. The successful candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and must possess the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary to success in this position. Candidates must be available for off-hours support calls in the evenings and on weekends. Full-time experience in the field is preferred, but entry-level candidates will also be considered. The successful candidates will support a variety of corporate departments’ business needs through the development of technology solutions. Primary responsibilities include business analysis, technical design, programming and testing of enhancements to existing computer applications. Mainframe experience and NATURAL or COBOL experience would be the ideal skill set. 2 year acceptable, BS preferred in MIS, CIS. Salary up to $50K.

HR MANAGER

Direct-hire position. HR Manager will be responsible for heavy recruitment and sourcing (16 replacements/month) of drivers and monitors. Monitors ride the buses/vans with the driver assisting the passengers. This position has 5 direct reports and 1 dotted line report they are as follows: Payroll/Benefits - payroll is done via Paychecks and assist with finding benefits for $8-9/hour staff (Healthy NY, etc.), HR Coordinator/Admin. - conduct pre-screening, administrative tasks, HR Intern - duties assigned as needed, 19A Evaluator - monitors drivers, dotted line report of Safety Manager which ensures that vehicles and staff are in compliance. Need to be tactical thinker, not strategically at this time, they have all their procedures and policy's in place. $40-45K.

QUALITY MANAGER

Direct-hire position. This position is responsible for planning and managing all Quality assurance compliance activities. As such, the incumbent assures review of new designs for manufacturing quality adherence, and that required processes, procedures, and quality hold points are relayed to the shop floor through clipboard requirements and/or quality plans. The incumbent must ensure that proactive roles are being taken in the areas of Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, customer interface, and field issues (warranty reduction) to assure that company quality objectives are obtained. The incumbent must take the lead role in Continuous Improvement Initiatives through review of the company's past quality performance and the setting and measuring of determined goals. The incumbent is also responsible for special record requirement coordination, and customer relations on all special contract requirements including the coordination of customer in process and final inspections. Other responsibilities include ISO and CE implementation and maintenance. Coordinate the Plant's Quality activities across all functions, including liaison with end customers. Promote Total Quality concepts to affect an ongoing proactive quality improvement culture. Oversee the review of drawings on new or revised designs for manufacturing production and makes suggestions to Engineering on necessary changes to reduce cost and assures consistent quality. Defines quality plans including gauging and inspection procedures as required. Coordinate and direct the efforts and activities of Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure support to the shop floor and related suppliers, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of productivity and quality while reducing costs of operations for assigned processes. Assure that compliance with established quality standards by all internal operating functions and external suppliers is attained. Assist the Product Sales Department in the pre-quotation review of customer quality specifications to assure that any special requirements can be met and that adequate cycle time and cost is reflected. The Manager, Quality has an overall responsibility for developing, communicating, measuring and enforcing the facility Quality Policy through the establishment and monitoring of consistent work processes that fully meet internal and external quality requirements. The incumbent is responsible for determining the frequency and detail of in-process quality audits so as to maintain cost effective processes and products that meet customer expectations and specifications. Establishes quality processes and procedures and publishes required internal and external quality documentation. This position is responsible, in coordination with Purchasing, for establishing vendor qualifications, and interfacing with such vendors to assure a clear understanding of and full compliance with required quality standards, Responsible for assuring that contract quality procedures and documentation requirements are met. This includes responsibility for assisting the Product Sales Department in reviewing customer quality specifications and attending. customer meetings to achieve agreement on specific quality requirements. In this effort, consideration shall include design and production capabilities as well as schedule and cost impacts. Salary up to $85K.

Direct-hire assignment. Provides quotations and proposal drawings to customers. Researches, plans and designs parts and welded structural steel assemblies such as crane forks, pallet lifters, coil lifters, C-hooks, beams and other lifters for handling various kinds of loads by performing the following duties. Assists in researching and analyzing data such as customer design applications, specifications, customer product records and manuals to determine feasibility of design or applications. ACCOUNTANT

Direct-hire position. The Accountant’s primary responsibilities include accounting for and verifying gas volumes and dollars purchased, transported, released and sold. The Accountant will analyze and approve  Purchase, Transportation and Storage invoices of approximately $800M per year and will work closely with the Financial Accounting department to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial statements as they pertain to gas purchases. The  Accountant will assist in external and internal audits performed within the department and will assist in the invoicing of off-system sales and the calculation and reporting of gross margin. A Bachelor’s degree is required. A concentration in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
