| Manager of Economic Capital NEW
POSTING |
Direct-hire position. New York City
location. Strong Finance Background, Financial Service Experience,
Regulatory Capital Experience. Meet with business heads and regulators to review
the modeling process, the risks modeled and the model output for the scenario
approach and the Loss Distribution Approach (LDA). Assist in development of
required stress testing, including regulatory capital ratios, within HNAH and
with Group Headquarters (GHQ). Promote an environment that supports diversity
and reflects the brand. Implement Group policy locally: maintain internal
control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external
audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators; ensure
employees apply compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with
regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by
addressing any issues. Emphasize and model human resources and other policies in
order to create an ethical, safe and supportive work environment. Basic Master’s
degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, related field or equivalent
experience; doctorate degree equivalent preferred. Minimum of seven years
progressive financial services experience or equivalent, including experience in
financial reporting, accounting, systems, capital management and financial
analysis or equivalent. Strong planning, project management, decision-making and
analytical skills; excellent communications and presentation skills. Proficiency
with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
Developed understanding of the regulatory capital environment. Ability to define
and execute strategic directions on financial reporting matters and capital
allocation. Salary up to $200K. |

years engineered capitol equipment technical sales experience, 5 + years
Regional and or National Sales Manager experience, 3+ years MR Channel
Management exp and 3+ years construction services sales experience. Natural
inclination for fabrication and or construction services working with FRP
(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) required. Candidate will work between existing
clients, engineers and company representative. Responsible for 12 Manufacturing
representatives. Proficient in MS Office products. Strong track record of
building relationships and growing sales in Industrial markets required. 70%
